All Sessions are conducted through Therapy Notes Telehealth Platform.  This link will direct you to a calandar of available times and will begin the intake process.  You will receive a request to set-up your Therapy Patient Portal which will include several forms that can be filled out and signed online. These forms must be completed before the initial intake appointment can begin.
